Staging
is the process by which a home is showcased to its best
advantage so that as many potential buyers as possible
can visualize themselves living there. A well staged
home visually prepares it to stand apart from the competition
and typically will generate much more interest in a
shorter amount of time, regardless of market
conditions. This results in more buyers
making an emotional connection with the property, which
in turn drastically improves the chances of securing
top dollar offers (even bidding wars).

modEL7, our approach to staging a home always follows
the simple rule of emphasizing the strengths, while
minimizing the faults of the home. Simplicity and elegance
are our guiding principles - not overwhelming spaces
with fussy furniture and overwrought details (who really
lives in a home where the dining table is perpetually
set as if in anticipation of Thanksgiving?). Every aspect
of a home is given careful consideration – from
the general curb appeal before one ever sets foot into
the property, down to the small but important details
such as floral arrangements and art placement - unappealing
